Dene Tha’ Education has openings for School Bus Drivers based in Chateh.
Duties include helping get Dene Tha’ Community School children safely and responsibly to and from school Monday through Friday, on an assigned route. Perform daily pre-trip inspections. Communicate clearly with students, parents, school employees and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner. Keep bus clean, fueled and safe.
Seeking compassionate, safety-oriented individuals who are reliable and flexible, as these positions may involve travelling on weekends and holidays; in all weather conditions.
The successful candidate must possess a valid Class 2 Driver’s License with “S” Endorsement and previous driving experience; provide a Driver’s Abstract with the application; and must provide a clear Criminal Record Check and a Child Welfare clearance. Ability to communicate in English both written and oral. Ability to speak Dene is a definite asset.
