Road Closure Notice

OVINTIV SHEKILIE ROAD– ZAMA AREA
Be advised that effective October 17th, 2026 @ 12:01am MST, the Shekilie road will be closed for a culvert replacement project, with no detour route planned.
(TWP 116 RNG 06 W6 NW 23, Shekilie road)
Project Description:
We are going to remove the existing failing culverts (2-3) and replace the crossing with culverts that have been properly sized/ engineered for the crossing. This project is on an Ovintiv owned road LOC 2335 in the Zama field.
Timeline:
Field activities are expected to commence on or around October 15. It is expected that the road will be closed from October 17th – 31st, with no detour route planned.
Road Closure:
October 17-31, with potential to be extended pending weather/ project delays
It is your responsibility to notify all field staff, contractors, engineers, logging, drilling and completions’ staff and other employees covered under your road use agreement with Ovintiv.
